According to http://yaoi-manga.com/, Keijijou na Bokura (called Our Everlasting, along with some other titles) will be licensed and released in US. For anyone interested, someone has spotted US-released English yaoi manga (Passion (Netsujou), beside Gravitation series) in Indonesian's Kinokuniya (about Rp 160k IINM), so keep your finger crossed. XP Singapore Kino also carried some lighter shounen-ai manga.
