Kyou kara maou
Kyou Kara Maou is F-U-N!!!! ^______^
At first, the opening sounded ...odd.... but when I re-watched it in the 2nd ep, me think it's pretty nice. Same goes with the ending clip. The chibi were so kawaii!!! XD << sucker for cuteness
*cough* Anyway.....
Graphically, it uses standard CG style of any BL game out
there, which made me kinda fore-shadowing it with prediction
of "oh no, not another boring one" eye-candy show
case like Saint Beast.
The outline of the story is like this:
Main character helped an ex-classmate from big bullies, gotten
bullied by them instead, flushed down the toilet (literally),
and somehow transferred him into another dimension/world where
he was classified as the king of all (good looking) nature-loving
Mazoku and must fight the humans.
That's all. Pretty ordinary plot eh?
WRONG! Big time too!
While the main character, Yuuri, isn't really as obnoxious
as Shuichi (Gravi), but he truly is kinda (very) slow n dumb,
standard in both ability and looks (as he said it himself),
and a baseball player wannabe. He is your plain ordinary high-school
boy, but with such close-to-reality personality of his, you
can't help but loving this guy, who although may seems helpless,
gutless and hopeless but in any means isn't one of those weak
and whiny uke-ish main character type, and decide to try the
rest of the series just to watch what will happened with him.
(too many comas, i know)
Of course, having an older good-looking caretaker who went
blushy when expressing his feeling, a charming knight who
would protect him ("I finally able to know what it feels
like to be hug by a man like in the movie" XD), and a
*Bishounen* who is in prissy mode for being end up engaged
to him by this new baka-king's own foolishness (lol), really
do a big help to this anime. Hehehe...
Yep, to summarize it in one line would be: It's a Fushigi-Yuugi-on-cracks, with double dozes of guys and bl hints. *nods*
I LOVE it!! Too bad, it turns out that it would only be 10
eps long and already reached the 7th today in Japan Y_Y
Me want more!! The op/ed single only gonna come out around
26/27th this month. Can't wait!
And the novel is still a bit hard to find too, not that I
would be able to read it even if I empty my last coin to buy
it though.=_=;
